
Established in 1925. We continue to use Japan-grown ingredients to make naturally brewed aka (reddish) miso to our own high standards. Furthermore, we make not only the classic misozuke type, but also distinguished tsukemono pickle types rarely found even in Japan, such as crisp umezuke or narazuke with the taste and aroma of sake lees.
