Since being established in 1934, we’ve consistently been a small operation of only family members producing true gems of products with a commitment to using local ingredients as much as possible. In recent years we have sold at events, conducted a “miso making activity using a plastic bottle” of our own design with elementary schools, and aimed for “business where you can see everyone’s face” for both our consumers and those who make the soy sauce. Original products with 5% reduced salt such as “Teien 10 wari Miso”, “Pirikara Miso”, and “Miso Natto” have proved popular.
