A shop that sells miso by weight in a traditional fashion. Tamazukuri utilizing the bacteria found in our brewery and handmade koji made by means of kojibuta. Our naturally brewed miso is laid down for more than a year.
The useful new strains of lactic acid bacteria KA03033 and KA12022 were found at our brewery.
