Makers of “Suwaichi Miso”, the Hanaoka Brewery was established in 1891 (the company was formed in 1949). We sell miso and tsukemono pickles in the Suwa area. “Suwaichi Misozuke no Moto” in particular has been sold all over Nagano Prefecture for 50 years.
