A miso maker established 110 years ago. Along with brewing Shinshu Kamikochi Miso, we have made Kamikochi Chori Miso such as yuzu (citron) miso, karashi su (vinegar) miso, sansho (Japanese pepper) miso, and a variety of miso sauces for a long time. Capitalizing on our move to a new factory in 2016, we shifted to outsourcing raw miso making with our traditional blend to breweries in Shinshu to specialize in producing foods made with miso. Through miso and foods made with it, we hope to deliver the wonderful and delicious taste of miso to your homes in a variety of forms.
