
Handmade, naturally brewed, no additives, fresh. Your miso comes out of the casks and is weighed and sent after we get your order. Established in 1821, our exclusively order-based brewery has been in business more than 200 years. Starting with soybeans locally grown under contract, all our products use ingredients grown in Japan. Originally a chef, the seventh company president is very demanding about the miso we make, consulting on preferences and food pairings with everyone from home orderers to professional users to come up with proposals. We’re always here waiting for professional chefs and those looking for something truly delicious.
